Unsaved changes warning, directly after saving

Checkout my attached screenshot. This is what I created for another pinta bug. I pasted a screenshot, added those red elements and hit the save button. Then I closed the application and pinta asked me if I want to loose unsaved changes. I think the reason for this is that the operation with the red canvas is not completed. I could still resize them, etc. That should be fixed.

Assuming that was the rectangle tool you used, I think this is bug 1435226
