Handles for drawing shapes are too large at high zoom

When drawing shapes while zoomed in, the blue "handles" used to resize are also zoomed in, covering virtually the entire image. This is especially bad when working with smaller images such as 32x32 tiles. I was unable to find a similar bug report so I've attached a screencap of the issue. It's showing a small 16x16 image while attempting to draw a rectangle at 3,600% zoom. Ideally these handles would stay a consistent size so they don't cover the entire image.
