Bug Description

Pinta 1.8-dev on Ubuntu 20.04 https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/1275841341

1. New image.
2. Do some print-screen and do the paste in Pinta.
3. File | Save As.
4. At the bottom-right select "JPEG Image".
5. At top-center field in some name like "test" and click Save button.
6. Problem appears. I expect picture to be saved in JPEG, but it is saved in PNG instead.

When saving in JPEG it used to ask for picture quality small dialog, but now it doesn't.

I did comparison test with Pinta 1.7 snap package on Ubuntu 20.04 and saving in JPEG works fine, so regression on Pinta 1.8-dev.

This works correctly for me on macOS, but Is probably something platform-specific now that we're using the native file chooser in the GTK3 branch.

On macOS I do get the following warning in the console when performing these steps, so the issue might be something similar to https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commit/07aa4baac7a3cff91f0d467d8041c3a966506b89

Output:
Gtk-CRITICAL **: 22:45:07.848: gtk_file_chooser_set_current_name: assertion 'name != NULL' failed
