Pinta does not save Files

Bug Description

If I create a new file with Pinta and try to save it, it doesn't work.
When trying "Save As" again, Pinta shows the file in the file system.
However if I look on the bash console with "ls" the file does not exist.

Another point is that Pinta doesn't show the whole file system - it only
shows some folders. Maybe that is related.

I am running Pinta 1.7 from flatpak on Debian 11 with KDE.

I think flatpak does some sandboxing of the application, so it sounds like this issue could be due to that? It might be something to mention at https://github.com/flathub/com.github.PintaProject.Pinta in case the packagers know more

It might also be solved in the GTK3 branch of Pinta via bug 1909807

Thank you for your comments.
I uninstalled the flatpack version and compiled by my own. Now it works.
