Resize Canvas with White Background option (feature request)

Bug Description
I use Resize Canvas a lot. What I am always doing is:
1. Resize Canvas.
2. Select primary color as white.
3. Paint Bucket.
4. Paint new resized part of window as white.
My suggestion for new feature is add "Background" option just like when New Image is selected. And if possible prefer to set it as White as default.
