Bug Description

I'm using the latest build from GitHub actions on Linux. The build says version 1.8.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1: Create a new image that's 600 x 600px.

2: Zoom in close to the bottom right corner. Zoom in close enough so roughly the top half of the image is off screen.

3: Use the rectangle select tool to highlight an area. Copy the area with CTRL + C. Paste it with CTRL + V.

4: Observe that it gives an unhandled exception. I'm expecting this has to do with the pasting always wanting to go to the top left corner but the actual image top left corner is out of view.

5: Using the arrow keys to move the pasted selection also causes unhandled exceptions. This will stay this way until Pinta is closed and reopened.

I haven't been able to repro this yet, although I'm testing on macOS.
