Text object and image copy/paste does not work

Pinta 1.8-development on Ubuntu 20.04 from https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/1167248404

1. New image.
2. From Tools select Text object.
3. Click on canvas and type some text.
4. Press <Esc> key or click on backsite (when canvas is smaller then screen).
5. Ctrl+A to select whole image.
6. Ctrl+C to copy image.
7. Alt+Ctrl+V to paste into new image. Problem appears.
Expected: Image is pasted on canvas.
Actual: Empty image is pasted (no text).

I also tested on:
a) Pinta 1.7 on Ubuntu 20.04 snap package
b) Pinta 1.7 on Windows
c) Pinta 1.8-dev on Windows
in all three cases problem also appears.

On Windows I have clipboard manager installed, so I can see every step of copy/paste operation. What I see is that step 6 does not copy the image. It appears to me, that copy/paste somehow interference with Text object.

Yes, this is duplicate. I thought I reported this issue already, but could not find the bug already reported. I have too many bug reports in Pinta. :)
