Bug Description

Due to the very large number of fonts installed by default on the vast majority of Linux distros (the main culprit being https://packages.debian.org/sid/fonts-noto-core with over 190 fonts), Pinta struggles to display the list of fonts (see screencast).

My efforts of advocating for reducing the number of fonts installed by default have fallen on deaf ears so far ([1], [2], [3]), so the only practical option seems to suggest that Pinta implement a font selector with filtering, akin to the one in LibreOffice.

I think this is covered by 1311873 - in the GTK3 branch we're using the standard GTK font selector now.
