Bug Description

I've just compiled Pinta from GitHub, and noticed that its icon is rather low-resolution. Visible especially in task switchers that use large icons, such KDE's.

This is pretty old problem. I can reproduce it on Windows on Pinta 1.7 using RocketDock https://rocketdock.en.softonic.com/ taskbar icon. This program enlarges current selected program's icon and in case of Pinta icon gets pixeleted. See attachment.
