Bug Description

Narrated screencast - https://youtu.be/mFpAGNGJ3vc

1. Choose the Text tool
2. Click on the color green
3. Click in the canvas
4. Type "green"
5. Press Esc, Ctrl+A, anything to leave that "green" text alone
6. Click the color red from the palette
7. Click again in the canvas and type "red"

Expected: the word "green" stays green

Actual: the color of the already written text "green" becomes red

I can confirm this behaviour in Pinta 1.8-dev on Ubuntu 20.04.

The work around is to:
1. Steps 1-4
2. Now click on canvas. Change color to red and type "red". In this case green stays green and red stays red.

Confirmed, I think this behaviour is resulting from the re-editable text feature (e.g., if you change the canvas color and Ctrl+Click to re-edit the text, it updates with the current font / color settings)
