1. Text tool and click on canvas.
2. Click on Font and select Size 50.
3. Type in some text.
4. Undo from toolbar.
5. Click on canvas. And problem appears. Typing some text and it appears in way smaller font, but in toolbar there is still Font size 50.

Confirmed, this seems to also happen for me in the master branch so I don't think it's a regression with the GTK3 changes.

I have downloaded the latest Pinta 1.8-dev https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/1509112422 on Ubuntu 20.04 and I can confirm this bug is fixed. Thanks.

I have found out another Undo problem related to Text object, but I see fix in this bug report is not a cause of that other problem, so I am opening a new bug #1952507, to follow one problem per bug report rule.
