Bug Description

Pinta 1.8 on Ubuntu 20.04
https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/467591823

This problem is probably related to latest commits to try remember which tool was used the last time.

1. Line/Curve.
2. In toolbar in Arrow click on 2.
3. Change Size e.g. to 5 (probably redundant step).
4. Close down Pinta and reopen it. Problem appears. Line/Curve is by default selected, Arrow with checkbox 2 is selected. This is OK. But there are missing for Size, Angle and Length selection boxes.

Work-around: Uncheck Arrow 2 checkbox and check it again and now Size angle and Length selections appear again.

See attachment.
