Bug Description
Pinta 1.8-dev on Ubuntu 20.04:

1. New image 4000 x 3000 (I got similar image via phone).
2. Rectangle Select and mark some area on image.
3. Move mouse to one of the edges (blue squares). Icon changes to indicate resizing is possible. Works fine.
4. Rectangle and mark some area on image. Leave mouse button and then move mouse to the edge. Mouse icon does not change. It is hard to say when rectangle is going to be resized, curved or new rectangle drawn. The same problem for Rounded Rectangle, Ellipse and Line/Curve.
Don't know if this counts as a bug or wishlist.
The same issue is in Pinta 1.7, so no regression.
