Squeeze JPEG Quality window inside Save dialog

1. New window.
2. Draw something and CTRL+S to save.
3. Save dialog appears. In Name field type in: test.jpg and Save button.
4. Annoying "JPEG Quality" window appears.

Please look at the possibility to squeeze "JPEG Quality" window as an option in Save dialog. Looking at Gedit it looks it is possible to add program specific fields into the Save dialog.

I think it's very unlikely that this can be addressed without reverting the recent changes to use the native file dialogs (bug 1909807)

Gedit is not using GtkFileChooserNative, but it sounds like they are planning to eventually do that and remove the embedded widgets (https://github.com/GNOME/gedit/commit/74e0be7e8419d3dbbb6554a9b2315b59b693846e)
