Crop to selection and undo loses resize option

Pinta 1.8 development on Ubuntu 20.04:

1. Rectangle Select.
2. Select some area on canvas.
3. Image | Crop to Selection.
4. Pencil and draw something on canvas.
5. Undo undoes the pencil drawing OK.
6. Undo again and rectangle selection is displayed but selection "loses" resize ability. See attachment.

I also tested this on Pinta 1.7 on Ubuntu 20.04 and there is the same problem.

Confirmed. This seems to be related to switching back and forth between the selection tool and a different tool.
