Bug Description

Related to https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/pull/173, we should ensure that tools use the Cmd key on macOS instead of the Ctrl key. This will also require adjusting the tooltips that mention the Ctrl key.

We should also investigate any code that checks directly for Gdk.Key.Control_L / Control_R (e.g. in the text tool)
