CTRL+X and SHIFT+CTRL+X are changing primary and secondary color (regression)

Bug Description

I have installed Pinta 1.8 development on Ubuntu 20.04 from:
https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/451100844

1. Rectangle Select.
2. CTRL+X to cut text but text is not cuted, but instead primary/secondary color flip, just like only X keyboard shortcut is pressed.
3. SHIFT+CTRL+X to Crop to Selection acts the same as problem in step 2.

I have tested in Pinta 1.8 development on Ubuntu 20.04 from:

and I can confirm this problem is fixed now.
