Middle mouse button on image tab has no effect (regression)

Bug Description
I have downloaded Pinta 1.8 development for Ubuntu 20.04 from
https:/
1. Open or create new image.
2. With middle mouse button click on image tab. In Pinta 1.7 this triggered a question to close/save a file. This was nice feature similar to other programs e.g. web browsers, that tab can be quickly closed down without a need to target with mouse the "x" at the right site of tab.
