Image blurry when pasted zoomed out

1. Take a screenshot of a webpage (usually full hd)
2. Paste into pinta, expand canvas
3. Make sure the image is zoomed (useually true, as the image is too large for the screen)
4. Take any smaller image, something with text written on it
5. Paste it (it will look blurry)
6. Zoom to 100%
7. Paste again (it will look correct)
8. Save the image (the effect is still there after saving, so pasting is not only visibly broken, but also in the picute)

It will make it harder to work with large images

I'm not sure that I've been able to reproduce this - would you maybe be able to attach a video / gif of the steps taken?
