If Paintbrush size is bigger then canvas size odd fantom cyrcles appears

Tested on 1.7+r1122-202007302144~ubuntu18.04.1:

1. New 100 x 100 image.
2. Paintbrush tool and select Brush width 300.
3. Move paintbrush on canvas and odd phantom circles appears.

I have recorded screencast to demonstrate a problem.

This is probably not a show stopper for 1.7.

I retested this issue on Pinta 2.2-dev latest master: https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/7378423225/artifacts/1141939464 and problem does NOT appear anymore.

Maybe some fix in Gtk or something. I am marking bug as Invalid.
