After using Move Selected Pixes and switch to Rectangle Select selection lines are not displayed

Bug Description

Tested in 1.7+r1120-202007292146~ubuntu18.04:

1. Rectangle Select and make selection on canvas.
2. Move Selected Pixels and move selection.
3. Click on Rectangle Select from Tools and problem appears. There are blue dots displayed that indicate selection, but there are no dashed lines that should connect them.

I retested on 1.7+r1122-202007302144~ubuntu18.04.1 and I can confirm this bug is fixed.
