Save indicator after save changes back to unsaved

Bug Description
Latest Pinta PPA update 1.7+r1106-
1. New icon from toolbar.
2. Draw line on canvas.
3. Save icon from toolbar and name the file 1.png.
4. New icon from toolbar and press OK to create new image. PROBLEM APPEARS. Tab 1.png image changes indicator from "x" to "o" just like something has changed on image 1.png, but it hasn't changes anything.
5. Clicking on 1.png tab and click on "x" on top-right tab icon to close down image and program asks if I want to save the changes. PROBLEM APPEARS. This is problem NO. 2. Image that has no changes on it should not ask to save on close image.

I think this is the same as bug 1435226
It's specific to the shape tools since they do some hacky things to finalize the shape before saving but then undo that action, leaving the document in a modified state.
