Bug Description
I write user instructions almost every day and I use arrow functionality from Pinta.
When ever I open Pinta I have to do this manually:
1. Line
2. Arrow: 2
3. Size = 5
4. Angle = 0
and then draw an arrow.
It would spare me a lot of time if this settings could be saved in file.
