Flatpak: Pinta fails open JPG file through Open With menu

(1) Pinta (installed on Linux Debian 9.8 through Flatpak) fails to open a JPG file through Open With menu in Double Commander.
I simply get a message 'Could not open file.' Everything is OK if I open it from the Open menu inside Pinta.

(2) After uninstalling Pinta Flatpak and installing from Debian repositories, EVERYTHING works as it should, without any problem.

(3) In the error window in case of the Pinta-Flatpak it gave me this message:

@Yuriy, can you please test this problem again and if problem still persists please report it to Flatpack package maintainer. You probably installed Pinta package from Flathub project:
https://www.flathub.org/apps/details/com.github.PintaProject.Pinta If this is true, then that page is referencing to report a bug at: https://github.com/flathub/com.github.PintaProject.Pinta/issues

But please retest problem before reporting there.

Also if problem is fixed by now, can you please also tell us here, so we can close down the bug report.
