Recolor draws too big and does not undo

Bug Description

When using the redraw tool, occasionally it will draw 3 times bigger than the brush size, and will not undo correctly (if at all). Happens with brush and probably other tools as well.

I can't reproduce this problem. Maybe it was fixed somewhere in the road. Can you please retest this problem using Ubuntu Daily PPA: https://launchpad.net/~pinta-maintainers/+archive/ubuntu/pinta-daily
