functions disabled after zooming in

Bug Description
When I open my .png image and zoom in to the details I want to work on, every customization of each function stops to work. For example I can use a rubber, but I can't change its size. I can write but I can not set a font, a size or anything else except color. Whole menu where should supposedly these functions be is disappeared.
