Unable to open jpg file under OS X 10.6.11 Finder

Bug Description

Under the Finder app from OS X when I click to open file I do have error message:
"The document "TEST.JPG" could not opened. mono cannot open files in the "JPEG image format".

But when I drag and drop file over Pinta it does open.

Any clue ?

I can reproduce on my OSX machine. This is likely an issue in the RegisterForAppleEvents() function.

This works for me now with Pinta 2.0, on the latest macOS version. Tested by right-clicking on a jpg file and using Open With -> Pinta.app
