Shift key does not restrict Rectangle to Square and Ellipse to Circle

Hi,
on latest development Pinta 1.7.0.232 I have noticed that restrict to Square/Circle does not work anymore.

1. Click on Rectangle Select.
2. Make selection and rectangle selection appears.
3. Press Shift key and make selection. Square selection appears.
Note: Similar for Ellipse select, pressing Shift restricts to Circle.

Now the problem:
1. Click on Rectangle.
2. Press Shift key and draw object on canvas. Because of Shift key Square is expected, but Shift key has no effect and Rectangle is drawn instead.
Note: The same problem with Rounded Rectangle and Ellipse.

Regards
