Crashes When I open Pinta

Every time I try to open Pinta, it crashes. I cleared storage, reinstalled it. Tried older versions. Nothing worked. Help?

I have tested this on my PC using latest version of Pinta on Windows 7 and also on Ubuntu 16.04 and Pinta works fine.

Can you please provide info:
a) What is your Pinta version?
b) What is your operating system name and version.
c) How did you install Pinta? Step-by-step.
d) What is the error message you get when Pinta crashes?
e) Print-screen of error message.
f) Did Pinta ever work on this computer and now after some upgrade stopped working?

I don't know what is the problem in your case. Maybe you have corrupted somehow configuration files.

If you are using Windows try deleting all files from folder: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Pinta
and rerun Pinta.

If you are on Linux try deleting all files from directory: /home/<user>/.config/Pinta
and rerun Pinta.

i have the same probleme.

Lubuntu 17.04x64
pinta 1.6

just after open a image with pinta
i have installed with "sudo apt install pinta"

17.04 aren't a LTS distro :/
and the 18.04 are , same soon not supported.

and try with the ppa
