Drag and drop doesn't work in Layers panel

Hi,

While trying to drop an image file to pinta for opening it (or getting it in a new layer), the small "+" appears next to the cursor, but nothing happened while droping the file.

System: win 10 - 64 bits.

I can also confirm this problem on latest development 1.7.0.218 from http://pinta-project.com/builds

In my understanding image can only be drag and dropped into Images panel or directly on canvas. Images can't be dropped into History and Layers panel.

So the problem is in displaying "+" icon over Layers and History panel.

I am setting this bug to Confirmed, but probably importance can be set to Low (let maintainers decide importance).

actually, I can drop it anywhere, nothing will get opened.

Drag and drop works for me on Windows 10, even when dropping over the layers or history panel

Tibibs, what is the Pinta version you are using? Did you install latest stable v1.6 see the Help | About menu.

Can you test with latest development (currently very stable, even more then official stable in my humble opinion): http://ci-builds.pinta-project.com/downloads/pinta-dev-1.7.0.218.exe and report back if this problem is still present.

Also can you try drag and drop in any other application if this works in your Windows at all. Please post the application names and versions you tested.

I was using pinta 1.6.0, now 1.7.0.218 and still the same problem (1.7 installed after uninstalling 1.6)
If you think about anything to check, let me know I'll do my best to help.
