Resize canvas width and height input value cannot be bigger than 10000 pixels

Bug Description
I have an image which is 384x14440 pixels. However, when I try to resize the canvas the input field of the height property limits itself to 10000. Which is very annoying since I need to resize my image to 384x12000 pixels which I cannot do right now.

This should be fixed since the New Image dialog doesn't have a similar fixed limit.
