Opening non-image file and report bug window appears - it shouldn't

Bug Description
Pinta 1.7.0.159 on Windows 7
1. Open icon from toolbar.
2. Open Image file dialog opens. Right-bottom select "All files".
3. Select some file that is not an image like test.pdf and click on OK button. Report bug window appears, but in my humble opinion bug/crash window should not appear. It is perfectly good message: "Unsupported file format".
How it should be? Without a "crash" info and without Report Bug button. See attachment - red: should not appear, green: it should appear.
