Disable Layer and enable it again and Layers Property window pops up

Pinta 1.7.0.140 on Windows 7.

1. New image.
2. Click on Layers check box to disable layer.
3. Click on check box again (single click) and problem appears Layer Property window opens, just like I would double click on Layers, but I didn't.

Problem appears if step 2 and step 3 are done pretty quick - so it looks like double click on Layer. Check box clicking should not accept double click to display Layer Properties.

Probably not the most important bug.

+1. This is pretty awkward to me because if I am trying to compare two images to see changes, a thing I like to do is put them on adjacent layers in an editor and flick back and forth. Trying to do this on some UI screenshots I hit this bug several times in quick succession.

I think this happened to be fixed by the GTK4 port for Pinta 2.2, which reworked how the layers list panel is structured.
