Bug Description
Pinta 1.7.0.125 on Ubuntu 14.04.
I have been playing with windows pads and I have manage to get into a state of broken windows and was unable to recover (probably some bug, but I can't reproduce it anymore, so it has to be some precise specific problem hard to reproduce).
I closed down Pinta and restarted it and corrupted windows problem remained. So I have figure it out to clean my Pinta config files and searched like crazy for this settins and finaly I found out there is an upper case config name for Pinta, which in my humble opinion is wrong, all names in .config folder should be lowercase.
See:
$ cd $HOME/.config
$ ls -d */
bleachbit/ eog/ gnome-session/ icedtea-web/ mkvtoolnix/ pulse/ totem/ unity/ vlc/
compiz-1/ evolution/ gtk-2.0/ libaccounts-glib/ mono.addins/ transmission/ unity-tweak-tool/ yelp/ dconf/ gedit/ gtk-3.0/ libreoffice/ nautilus/ signond/ ubuntu-tweak/ update-notifier/
enchant/ gnome-control-
You see all of the subdirectories in $HOME/.config/ are all lowercase except for Pinta.
In my humble opinion we should change $HOME/.config/Pinta to lowercase so $HOME/.config/pinta
I think now is the perfect time start of new development cycle.
P.S. Maybe program should check if $HOME/.config/Pinta direcory exists during installation and changed it to $HOME/.config/pinta

I'm not sure if that's actually mandated by the XDG spec, or it just happens to be the common convention? On Windows, most of the folders under the AppData folder are capitalized
