Bug Description

Pinta dev 1.7.0.188 on Ubuntu 14.04:

1. Click on red color from Palette.
2. Rectangle and draw rectangle on canvas.
3. Click on rectangle to reshape it.
4. Click Undo and now secondary color changed from white to red. Problem.

The same problem on Pinta 1.6 from pinta-stable PPA on Ubuntu 14.04.

Another way to reproduce:

1. Red color from Palette.
2. Rectangle and draw rectangle.
3. New image.
4. Click on first image from Images pad.
5. Click Undo and nothing happens with objects on canvas, but secondary color gets set to red (to primary color). Problem.

Changed in pinta:
importance: Undecided → Medium
milestone: none → 1.7
status: New → Confirmed

Tested on 1.7.0.196 on Ubuntu 14.04 both scenarios (original report and #2) and still reproducible. Adding additional new scenario:
1. Red color from Palette.
2. Line and draw line on canvas.
3. Reshape Line into curve.
4. Undo button from toolbar and problem appears. Secondary colour gets the same as primary colour in this case red.

I don't want to be inpatient, but this is single most annoying bug in development version that constantly pops-up "hundred" times per day. Can this bug get some higher priority?

Tested little bit more and it looks like this is most probably involved in "reshaping" the object. Why? It happens in the following objects:
1. Line,
2. Rectangle,
3. Rounded rectangle.
4. Ellipse.

On action: draw object, reshape and undo and problem appears.

summary: - Rectangle, reshape and undo and secondary gets dummy color
+ Rectangle, reshape and undo and secondary colour gets dummy colour

It looks like this was already fixed for bug 1888131
