Rectangle Select, Resize canvas and Undo/Redo and selection marks should not be displayed

Bug Description

Pinta dev 1.6.0.104 on Windows 7.

1. Rectangle Select and mark selection on canvas.
2. Image | Resize Canvas and By percentage 150 and OK button.
3. Undo and then Redo and rectangle selection is visible on canvas.

This is partially fixed by https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commit/f78d88a57cba4d22bf8222dfb40d0982c30d28a9 - the selection doesn't show up after the undo / redo step. However, the selection doesn't reappear as expected after a single undo
