Bug Description
The selected area of the image doesn't get redrawn when you use the "Move Selected Pixels" tool after panning away from that selected section

Seems to work okay for me with the latest development build of Pinta 1.5 (on Ubuntu 14.04). Which version of Pinta are you using?
