Cannot paste from clipboard on OSX

To replicate:
Open Pinta 1.4.0.0 or 1.5.0.0
Open web browser, find an image to paste
Copy the image by either
- cmd-shift-4
- cmd-c
- right-click and "Copy"
Attempt to paste into Pinta.

Pinta will respond with a message that "The clipboard doesn't contain an image".

I am running Unity3D on my machine as well. This program also uses the Mono framework so it's possible that it is somehow interfering with Pinta. I haven't had the chance to test this on any other machine.

Can you please write what is your Pinta version? Can you please test if this problem also appears on the latest development version: https://bitbucket.org/PintaProject/pinta/downloads/pinta-1.5-preview-20130615.app.zip

I have Pinta 1.4.0.0

I will check the new dev version and see if the bug persists.

Was this on the roadmap? Great tool otherwise, but it mostly makes it worthless to me if I can not copy and paste from applications in OSX.
