Print window with ALT+TAB does not refresh Pinta properly

Pinta master on Windows XP:
1. Click Print button from tools.
2. Print window opens.
3. Open some other program e.g. Firefox and make if full screen.
4. ALT+TAB to switch back to Pinta and problem appears. As seen from attachment titlebar has refreshed to Pinta and Pinta's Print window displayed, but all other is still Firefox displayed. So Pinta not properly refreshed.

P.S. You can mark this problem as Low and milestone 1.6.

I don't see this on Ubuntu, but I'll test on Windows later.

I can still reproduce this problem on 1.6.0.60 on Windows 7.

P.S. I don't know if this is correct milestone 1.6, because it looks to me that printing is not finished yet and it will probably not be in 1.6 version. If I am correct then please remove 1.6 milestone or change it to e.g. 1.7 when printing is going to be ready.

I've disabled printing for the 1.7 release since it isn't ready yet
