Bug Description

Pinta latest development on Ubuntu 12.04:

Few days ago there were new icons added to Pinta development, but now I have notice if there is black background icons disappear.
1. New image.
2. In Palette pad select black as primary color.
3. Paint Bucket from Tools pad.
4. Click on canvas to paint all image with black color.
5. Select Rectangle Select (the same problem with Ellipse Select, Gradient) and move mouse to canvas.
The result: mouse "+" marker disappears.

Now compare this icons with Magic Wand Select and Paint Bucket and you will notice this icons are better on black canvas.

Magic Wand Select and Paint Bucket have white color around "+" sign, but Rectangle Select (and other) have just transparent color around "+" sign. I suggest to add white color to icons "+" sign.

In my humble opinion there is no need for code change, just update icons. If someone interested (not a coder) this icons are in source code directory Pinta.Resources/Resources/.
