Ctrl + Shift + C does not open Brightness and Contrast Dialog Pinta 1.5

Bug Description

In version 1.5 Shift + Ctrl + L works great rendering proper functionality to Auto Level Adjustment. On the other hand Shift + Ctrl + C no longer works for activating the Brightness/Contrast dialog. Just thought I would let you know (in case you were unaware).. Having said that, thank you very much for the app....

I can confirm on Pinta pinta-1.5-preview-20121121 on Windows XP:
Shift+Ctrl+C does not display a dialog. Expected result: dialog should pop-up.

I can offer any assistance please let me know. I have very little
technical ability but I can follow instructions.

It looks like the Copy Merged command has the same shortcut, so we'll need to find a different shortcut for one of them.

Because it is "Brightness and Contrast" I suggest to set the Shift+Ctrl+B.
