Bug Description
This bug was extracted from bug#811434 filed by Nick Glynn:
"I was trying to make a mock-up for an application and needed to duplicate an area.
I copied an area, pasted it whereupon it pasted it to the top left of the image rather than of the zoomed area so I zoomed out to grab it."
