Bug Description
For reasons unknown, Pinta on Windows does not offer to either save JPEG files, nor open them. This is rather awkward when using it to access files from a digital camera.
GTK# 2.12.10, Pinta 1.4, Windows 7 x64.

GTK# 2.12.10 is known to have issues with jpeg files.
Can you try uninstalling that and installing 2.12.9 instead (there is a download link on the Pinta downloads page)? Hopefully that will fix your issues.
