free inline rotating

Bug Description
When I rotate a layer I don't have any preview of the action. Therefore it is not easy to e.g. correct a slanting horizon. In Gimp you can easily grab the picture and drag to rotate it and you see instantly if it fits while dragging. I wish this would also be possible in Pinta, either as an inline rotating tool (Gimp like) or with a live preview while using the current rotating tool.

I think this is now fixed - the Rotate/Zoom Layer dialog shows a live preview of the rotated layer.
