IRC shows smiles

Other accounts have an option to dis/enable smiles, but IRC doesnt and they show up all over the place.

I've tested this on a 9.10 Ubuntu machine with Pidgin 2.6.6. And enabling/disabling the smileys is working. If you're using the latest version, turn it off from the Preferences > Themes and select None in the Smiley Themes portion.

I believe this issue has already been fixed by some of the updates. But if you could test the current Ubuntu and Pidgin development versions, this would help us a lot. If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs by running apport-collect <bug #>, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
