Bug Description

I like to categorize received files like this: people/<contact alias>/<yyyy>-<mm>-<dd>.p<#>/

In order to have Pidgin with Xfer Auto Path do that automatically, I need date placeholders. I'd recommend using strftime format for that.

(Also, I'd need a counter - <#> - for that, but there's a slightly complicated logic behind that and I don't expect Xfer Auto Path to implement that if I'm the only one needing it.)

I like the idea of having date/time placeholders.

What should the counter count? Do you want a new directory for each file transfer? Maybe I look into it and if it is not too complicated, I can implement this too.

Please don't expect me to react fast. My spare time is really rare these days. :( Patches are welcome.

Actually, if someone sends a bunch of files at once, I'd like to have them together in one directory. So maybe the counter cound be incremented after some timeout.

Also, there's a possibility that a new directory with a higher number is created externally, so the counter may get "outdated". (I store outgoing files there, too.)
