Bug Description

Linux 2.6.24-21-generic #1 SMP Mon Aug 25 16:57:51 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When I try to send a message, it gives me a segmentation fault.

How can I provide detailed information about this bug?

I noticed that too but it's very random, doesn't happen often, so I didn't got any trace.

Stefan, please try to trigger this crash again, but running pidgin under gdb (remember to have debug packaged for pidgin installed).

Thanks Jakub, thanks Simo.

In fact, Simo's patch worked very well! I had no further problems since taking revision 65.

Just great.

I am running 64 bit arch linux. New install, everything up to date. When I enable the pidgin-webkit plugin, and then open a message window, the program crashes with a segmentation fault.
