placing PidginScreenlet on the bottom of the desktop it "adds" users still to the bottom not top

Bug Description
when placing the Screenlet on the bottom of the desktop, users are still being added to the bottom going out of the screen area, instead of adding the online users on top of the screenlet.
Screenlet should recognize it's position on the screen and change behaviour automatically, perhaps the position coordinates in options are helpful for this to implement?
