Does not compile on win32

This plugin doesn't compile on win32 since it uses some GNU-specific functions. Attached is a patch that removes/replaces these so that it does compile.

i can tell you it work for me on Win XP Pro SP3 with Pidgin...

simply put the "countdown.dll" to the Pugin folder, and you can use it !
