Bug Description

Currently the provided builds of Pidgin++ both 32bit and 64bit fail to login to google talk. It's because you are missing a couple of sasl2 plugins that are needed to complete the login. I did my own build and copied libotp-3.dll libplain-3.dll libsasldb-3.dll and libscram-3.dll and everything began to connect properly. Other than that, no other noticeable issues and a fairly solid setup.

Thanks for the feedback. This is because libplain-3.dll was missing in the installer. A fix has been committed:
